Greetings, "URL Runner FMP3" is a FileMaker Pro 3.0 database for collecting, storing, sorting and launching URLs. "URL Runner" will launch an URL from a record at the click of a button with whatever application is set as the helper application in "InternetConfig" for that URL type. "URL Runner" will also automatically get the URL and page name from Netscape or Internet Explorer and put them into a new record of the database using AppleScript (this can be done with FileMaker in the background if you have OSA Menu running), or links may be dragged directly from your browser into "URL Runner."
Required: FileMaker Pro, InternetConfig, System 7.5, ICScriptor (for the "InternetConfig Commands" scripting addition) and the "Is Application Running" scripting addition, part of GTQ Programming Suite.
Required also, is some knowledge of Filemaker Pro and AppleScript.
